TAKE YOUR TIME, ENJOY YOUR FOOD

This is my favorite place to eat, the garden. I just love to sit here and listen to the birds sing while I enjoy the quietness and fresh air.
Somehow it just makes my food taste so much better. That's actually something I've been working on lately- just taking the time to enjoy my food.
Want to try to do the same? Just take your time when you're eating and be present, it'll help you feel full and keep your from over-eating later.

Oh, and don't forget to drink enough water everyday!
