If so, I would encourage you to promote this more, as it is such a easy way to get a healthy body, and most people do not know this :)

I like to eat fresh, balanced, healthy and nutritious foods. My carbs mainly come from fruit and vegetables! I also like sweet potatoes, oatmeal and brown rice.

I'm trying to stay away from processed sugar but every once in a while, I love to indulge,! Especially when I'm out with my friends and family. It's all about the balance!
