LIGHT AND DELICIOUS

Hey everyone, I hope you're all doing well today!

This yummy treat will give you a lighter and healthier way to indulge without feeling guilty about it. The best part?
You only need two ingredients: fresh strawberries and dark chocolate.

All I did was melt the dark chocolate down over the stove and then dipped the strawberries into it one-by-one. I then place the strawberries onto a plate or tray and pop them into the freezer for about 5 minutes. This snack is a really refreshing, lower calorie dessert that is packed-full of nutrients.

Just remember not to over do it ;) practice portion control. I hope you enjoy it!
